三、 段落：
1、 All competitiors, regardless of their category, shall be required to present themselves at the registration/weigh-in which shall take place prior to the prejudging.
2、 All competitors, whether they are weighing-in or not, shall present themselves in the same posing attire that they shall be wearing throughout the prejudging and finals so that the Chief Judge may ascertain that said posing attire meets the accepted standards of the IFBB.
3、 Any competitor who does not make weight shall be given a maximum of thirty minutes in which to do so. If, for whatever reason, the competitor does not return within thirty minutes, he or she may be eliminated from the competition.
4、 The Chief Judge, and his or her assistant(s), shall control the weighing machine and shall verify the bodyweight of each competitor, beginning with the lowest bodyweight category and proceeding to the highest.
5、 During the registration/weigh-in, the IFBB Medical and Doping Commission and the IFBB Judges Committee shall randomly select competitors for doping control testing.
6、 The Chief Judge shall coordinate and control all aspects of the registration/weigh-in, prejudging and finals. No other official shall make any decision which might impact upon the smooth running of the competition without seeking the prior approval of the Chief Judge.
7、 The Judge Secretary shall seat the nine judges at their respective tables, which shall be located at the front center of the stage, and shall then seat the two statisticians at their tables, which shall be located at the end of the row of judge’s tables nearest to the Master of Ceremonies. The Judges Secretary shall then ensure that the appropriate judging forms are distributed to each judge.
8、 The Judges Secretary shall ensure that the statisticans are in possession of the appropriate Statistician’s Score Sheets.
9、 Using Form #1, entitled “Elimination”, each judge shall mark an “X” beside the number of those competitors whom they select as the top 15. These selections do not have to be in an exact order of placing.
10、 Should a tie occur at the 15th position, the tied competitors shall be brought back onstage and shall once again be directed, by the Chief Judge, through the four compulsory poses for the purpose of breaking the tie.
